Please book your own flight. Westjet is offering conference attendees a 10% discount off their best available regular fare at the time of booking (excluding Web and promotional fares). If this rate is less than the current online seat sale opportunity, please make your travel arrangements through the WestJet Specialty Sales Team and quote the account number at the time of booking. Discounted rates are available for travel up to three days prior and three days after our event. Please review guidelines below. Also, if you are arriving late, please provide your personal credit card to guarantee your room.

Attendees should complete and submit their booking request forms (PDF - 53 kb) by fax to 1-800-582-7072 or email to conventions@westjet.com. Quote QC4701 to receive your 10% discount.
Payment
Full payment is at the time of booking. Fares are non-refundable.
WestJet accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club/Enroute.
Please include your WestJet confirmation number with all payments, names, and other correspondence.

Changes
WestJet does not charge for name changes up to 24 hours prior to the initial departure time. Each name change after that time is subject to a $40.00 (+ GST) fee. Itinerary changes are subject to a $40.00 (+ GST) fee and any difference in fare, per person. Payment is required at the time of the change.
